Return and Refund Policy

At Anjaneya Fashion, we want you to love every piece you order. Each jewelry item is carefully inspected before dispatch, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To begin a return, please contact us at : anjaneyafashion@yahoo.com Please include your order number in your request, and we will provide instructions for returning your item.

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Returns requested after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Discounted or sale items

 

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must arrive in resalable condition. Items showing signs of:

  • Wear
  • Damage
  • Alteration

will not qualify for a refund.

 

If an order is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to accept the parcel, a refund for the product(s) will be issued once received. Shipping fees remain non-refundable unless the shipping error was on our side.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We will cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

 

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Earrings
  • Sale items

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue

This helps us verify and resolve the matter promptly.

Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, contact us at: Email: anjaneyafashion@yahoo.com

 

Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us because:

  • The courier was unable to deliver
  • There was no safe place to leave it
  • Customs duties were unpaid (international orders)

 

We will refund the item cost once it is returned to us. Please note:

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • To receive the items again, a new order must be placed.

 

 

International Orders

Customs Duties

Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.

 

Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination.

 

Returned Parcels

For parcels returned due to:

  • Unpaid customs duties
  • Incorrect address details

the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

For other customer-initiated returns, a $2 restocking fee applies.
